Der Europapark ist eindrucksvoll. Die Pflege müsste verbessert werden. Vieles nicht sehr einladend. Die Bedienung im Café ist Top.
Die Angestellte ist einzigartig gut. Das sieht man selten. Immer wieder einen Besuch wert.

Hatten 2 Tüteneis bestellt und uns vor Ort a den Tischen hingesetzt.
Dann kam die Kellnerin und schaute uns ganz doof an worauf wir sagten ist was wir essen hier das gekaufte Eis dann wurde uns gesagt das der TÜTENEISPLATZ wo anders sei😂 ganz ehrlich wie lächerlich seit ihr wir konsumieren in euren Geschäft was und dürfen nicht mal sitzen wo wir möchten (es war fast alles frei)

Also ich habe dort mit meiner Freundin einen Kakao mit Eis bestellt und uns hats wirklich geschmeckt! Eine tolle Erfrischung! Man bekommt auch ein Wasser gratis dazu. Die Dame, die uns bedient hat, war auch wirklich nett und höflich zu uns.

Ein wirklich schöner Platz, mitten im Europapark neben dem Teich. Mann kann den Enten zusehen, es gibt einen Springbrunnen. Allerdings bekommt man im Sommer nur sehr schwer einen Parkplatz, da das Strandbad gleich in der Nähe ist.

Ambiente gut.
Essen, kann ich nichts sagen, sind aufgrund des Personals wieder gegangen.
Personal unfreundlich und scheint frustriert zu sein.
Spart euch das und geht die paar Meter zum See, da sind sie freundlich und wenn man Glück hat, kann man direkt am See sitzen 🌞🤙🏻

Unfreundliches Personal. Wollte nicht das der Sonnenschirm aufgespannt wird und mir wurde gesagt, dann muss ich wo anders Sitzen.
Wenn man mich höflich gebeten hätte, hätte ich es noch verstanden.
